Located in the Kent Valley, this 68-acre site required significant structural excavation and work with local governing agencies due to the proximity of wetlands and the environmental sensitivity of the area.

7th and Pike Retail Center
Downtown excavation and structural excavation with the use of a conveyor, and placement of below slab material
Excavation required the use of our conveyor to vertically cut below and next to existing buildings to prepare a parking garage for a multiplex theater complex next to Nike Town in downtown Seattle.
