The successful candidate will have experience with project accounting and possess excellent skills in organization, prioritization, accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. Selected candidate will be responsible for job costing, contract change requests, change orders, subcontracts, and billing. This position requires three to five years of construction experience. J.R. Hayes & Sons is searching for a highly organized, motivated individual with at least 5 years of earthwork experience to manage material sales. Applicant must be knowledgeable in all types of mineral soils, crushed material, soil amendments, dump sites, bank and truck cubic yard calculations and truck charges.
