OUR FAMILY LEGACY

JR Hayes is always thinking of a better project for you, from the first design concept to the completion. We call that the Hayes Way.

You could say we cut our teeth on logs.

In 1962, JR Hayes & Sons, Inc. started hauling logs in Issaquah, Washington, with five employees and two trucks. At the helm was President Dan Hayes’ father, Jim Hayes, Sr. He involved his boys in the work on a daily basis, preparing them to lead the company. Two trucks became 200. Five employees became 250. And, the small log hauling company became a leading site development contractor in the Pacific Northwest.

No matter what the scale of the job, we are always honored that our clients choose us time and again.
