“The Pacific Highway South HOV Lanes Phase IV project consists of improving Pacific Highway South from South 312^th Street to Dash Point Road in Federal Way.  The work includes: new asphalt, curb and gutters, sidewalks, median construction, storm drainage improvements, water service improvements, structural retaining walls, undergrounding overhead utilities, new traffic signals and interconnect, illumination, and landscaping among other improvements.
