Our proprietary techniques and sourcing of Cement Kiln Dust and Cement Kiln dust blends have not only reduced construction costs, but have decreased construction durations and allowed for earlier use of the owner’s facilities.  Cement Kiln Dust has allowed us to greatly overcome the stranglehold that the Pacific Northwest weather has had over local site development.  Our soil stabilization products can be utilized with almost all soil types including glacial tills and similar granular soils, as well as silty sandy soils.  

Cement Kiln Dust reduces the moisture content of the soil to enable placing, grading, and compaction of existing materials.   

Cement Modified Soils improves the existing soils leaving them pliable even after compaction and hydration has occurred, increasing its strength; while reducing the soils ability to retain moisture, and permanently reduces the soil’s Plasticity Index.  

Cement Treated Base is a highly compacted mixture of soil, aggregate, cement and water used as a low cost pavement base.  It provides great strength and durability, and lessens the need for thicken pavement.   

Our Soil Stabilization Procedure uses partially calcined material (Cement Kiln Dust) as a drying agent when mixed with high moisture content soils.   The economic benefits of using our Soil Stabilization Products are significant.  The ability to utilize on-site materials over importing/exporting the materials positively impacts the project’s costs, resources, and time.
