Dan Hayes – President/Chief Executive Officer
As President/CEO of J.R. Hayes for the past
20 of his 30 years
with the company, Dan has provided leadership and direction in
the establishment of new technologies in soil amendment while
expanding the capacity of the company to meet ever changing
and increasing challenges imposed by business and environmental
forces. He has lead the company into a pre-eminent position in the
industry by establishing heightened standards of excellence in client
service and innovative construction techniques. |

Elayn Schultz- Construction Accounting System Manager
Elayn oversees all aspects of project administration including job
costing, payment applications and contract management. She also
manages the development and maintenance of our construction
software system. Elayn is a seasoned administrator with over 28
years of accounting experience, 10 of which were in the construction
field. |

Mike Koehler -
Materials And Transportation Manager/Safety Director
Mike has been with the company for 18 years, but brings 26 years
experience in the construction trades to his work of managing
our company's safety and education programs. Mike is consistently
engaged in networking with other safety professionals in similar and
diverse industries to exchange new and improved safety practices.
He conducts safety seminars, meetings, and training for in-house as
well as outside audiences. |

Jim Kelly - Senior Project Manager
Jim's responsibilities include overseeing all major projects and their
teams, contracting, facilities management, soil amendment technical
support, IT management and maintaining jurisdictional relationships
pertaining to permitting and regulatory issues. Major projects include:
Issaquah Commons, Intel Dupont, Eastlake Sammamish Center,
Microsoft Highlands, Issaquah Highlands, Evergreen State College,
and 2200 Westlake. Jim has 34 years of construction experience, and
has been with the company for 18 years. |

Tom Young - Development Manager
Tom’s vast experience in both vertical and
horizontal construction ranges in both the public and private
sectors. Airport, 5-star resort, data center, regional
shopping center, plats, and master planned developments have
been stopovers in his 28-year professional journey.
Unadjusted for inflation, the sum of his projects approaches $1
billion in construction and development. His role
covers feasibilities, acquisitions, entitlements, permitting, as
well as construction. Tom leads the consultant and
designer teams through entitlements and permits, then the
contractors and subcontractors through build-out. Bringing
business, regulatory, engineering, and construction acumen, Tom
serves our clients by advancing their planning goals or
delivering the finished product. |

Tony Perrotti - Equipment and Shop Manager/
Purchasing Manager
With over 19 years of service in the heavy equipment industry, Tony's knowledge and expertise in OEM maintenance and repair methods keeps our equipment running at peak performance, and our
operational costs low. Tony also oversees acquisition of all trucks and
equipment for the company, as well as securing hundreds of pieces
of rental equipment each year. His thrifty management allows us to
pass our cost savings along to our clients. |

Darren Peugh - Development Manager
Darren’s responsibilities at J.R. Hayes include design and
entitlement coordination, client land acquisition and development
feasibility, owner project management and representation, business
development and government affairs. His abilities are backed with 28 years of experience in
commercial and residential construction. Most recently he has been directly involved in all aspects of
development from acquisition, design, permitting, construction and
sale of over 8 million square feet of commercial office, industrial
and retail space. |

Mark Enebrad
– Construction Manager
Mark
brings over 11 years of construction/project management experience
in site development along with an additional eight years of
accounting cost management experience to his role at J.R. Hayes. He
has been with the company for four and a half years and is now the
Estimating Manager for J.R. Hayes. Most recently he was the
Construction Manager of Cascadia Construction Management, LLC. His
primary responsibility currently is heading up the Hayes Estimating
Department. The ability to build and maintain strong positive
relationships with clients, regulatory agencies and sub-contractors
is paramount where he is concerned.
